Alamo Hill Country sponsors both Regional and National teams.
Regional teams will participate in 10 tournaments in the San Antonio/Austin area and will conclude at the Lone Star Regional Championships in Houston.
National teams will participate in 10-11 tournaments around the State of Texas, including, but not limited to, the Tour of Texas Qualifier, the Lone Star National Qualifier and the Lone Star Regional Championships in Houston. The team will attend USAV GJNC (late June/early July in Dallas) if it qualifies at any one of these tournaments.
Fees include gym rental, coach(es) salary, travel expenses for coaches, equipment, tournament entry fees, and administrative expenses.
Because of Alamo teams’ tournament records, size, and reputation, we have been selected as a Nike Elite Team. As such, all players are outfitted, head to toe, in Nike gear, included in fees. Players receive 2 jerseys, 2 pairs of game shorts, shoes, socks, kneepads, long sleeved over shirt, cover shorts, warm-up jacket and pants, and a backpack.
All teams (12’s-17’s) participate in at least 2 tournaments per month, January through Lone Star Regional Tournament, late April or early May.
Fees do not include food, lodging, airfare or ground transportation for tournaments.
Fees represent the total amount due for joining an Alamo team. As a convenience, we allow you to pay the total amount due over a number of months. These monthly payments do not represent the cost of a month’s participation.
Payments are to be made by credit or debit card, and will be automatically processed on a specified day each month. We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
If you would like to pay the total amount by check, in advance, you may deduct $200 from the total due.
There is a sibling discount of $250 for families with more than one daughter participating.
Please contact the Administrative Director concerning a discount for more than 2 daughters playing for Alamo.
All payments, including initial payment, are non-refundable except in the case of injury or illness that causes a player to have to withdraw from the program.
